The Phoenix Suns protected their home court in Games 3 and 4 to even the Western Conference Semi-Finals with the Denver Nuggets. Losing both games in Denver, the Suns quickly found themselves in an 0-2 hole. Bouncing back at home, Phoenix will now look to get on the board in Denver.

Both teams have released their injury reports for Game 5, and Chris Paul remains the only player out for either side. The Suns will once again have Kevin Durant and Devin Booker available, as the star duo has carried Phoenix in their last two wins.

When the Suns added Durant, many had them as favorites to come out of the Western Conference. While it was a struggle for Phoenix to start this series, they are starting to show exactly why so many were high on their chances this postseason.

The Suns are a top-heavy team that relies on their star power perhaps more than any other team in the league. Kevin Durant currently leads the playoffs in minutes per game at 43.0, and Booker is right behind him in second place at 42.5 minutes per game. Phoenix needs big minutes and big production from their stars in order to compete, and they have gotten that in the last two games.

As previously mentioned, no team has won on the road yet in this series, which is something the Suns are looking to change in Game 5.
