Set for a 2020 Western Conference Finals rematch, the Los Angeles Lakers and Denver Nuggets will kick their series off in Denver on Tuesday night. Both teams have released their injury reports for Game 1, and star players are listed on both sides.

For the Lakers, they are sticking with the same approach they took for the first two rounds, listing both LeBron James and Anthony Davis as probable. Mo Bamba is being listed as out for LA. For the Nuggets, the only player listed is Jamal Murray, who is questionable with an illness.

The expectation is that all of James, Davis, and Murray will play; however, their official statuses will be updated shortly before game time. While the significance of Game 1 matchups is always debated, it certainly feels important in this series, as both LA and Denver have been unbeatable on their home floors all postseason. Should the Lakers steal this first game in Denver, they would be feeling really good about the trajectory of this series.

This projects to be an exciting matchup between two very different teams. The Nuggets have remained the Western Conference's top team all season, while the Lakers are still riding their late season surge that carried them from a 2-10 start to the WestConference Finals. Both teams have championship aspirations, and neither will be satisfied with simply making it this far.
