Denver Nuggets superstar Nikola Jokic has been making NBA history all postseason long, and continued that trend in Game 4 of the NBA Finals. With his 9th rebound of the game, Jokic became the first player in NBA history to tally at least 500 points, 250 rebounds, and 150 assists in a single playoff run.

This is one of several statistical records Jokic has broken this postseason, and he likely is not finished. It's been a truly historic run for the Nuggets superstar, as he has silenced many of the national narratives surrounding himself and his team.

What's so interesting about Jokic, is that he truly does not care about these individual records or accolades. Already a two-time league MVP, Jokic is only concerned with winning a championship at this point in his career. The Nuggets star is truly unique in that way, because while all stars want to win a championship, a true disregard for individual accolades is rare.

Whether it be triple-doubles, statistical totals, or unprecedented box scores, Jokic has posted several unprecedented marks this postseason. Still with time to add even more, Jokic is setting up one of the all-time great postseason runs if he and his team can finish the job and bring a title to Denver. That is the primary focus of Jokic, and the primary focus of his teammates as well.
