The Denver Nuggets have taken the first two games of the Western Conference Semi-Finals against the Phoenix Suns, and will now head on the road. While the Nuggets did well to win the first two games of this series, the team sees this as something they were supposed to do, and will now look to replicate that on the road.

Nikola Jokic shared a hilarious reaction to facing Phoenix when asked about how he expects them to come out for these next two games in their home arena:

Playing around with the media, Jokic jokingly said he expects the Suns to surrender and give Denver two free wins. Obviously being sarcastic, Jokic knows the Suns will come out with a lot of energy and intensity in their home arena, looking to even this series before heading back to Denver.

For the Nuggets, understanding that Phoenix is going to be playing with desperation, they have to match this intensity, and not get complacent. Things can change fast in the NBA, and the Nuggets have a golden opportunity to take a commanding 3-0 series lead in Game 3.

With a two-time MVP on their side in Nikola Jokic, the Nuggets are hoping this is finally the year they can get over the hump. Even with Denver being the one-seed, the Suns were projected by many analysts to make the NBA Finals, which would make this an even more impressive series win if the Nuggets can take care of business.
