While Nikola Jokic had a more relaxed initial reaction to winning the NBA championship than most stars do, the 2023 Finals MVP has begun partying the way he should. Attending Denver's parade after joking about needing to go home, Jokic has continued partying, most recently being seen in Las Vegas.

Jokic and his teammates have deservedly been celebrating since their Game 5 victory over the Miami Heat. Winning the first championship in Nuggets history, this group will always be special in Denver. While NBA championships are always celebrated for a while, this group and this city will rightfully enjoy this one as long as they can.

Incredible party footage has been surfacing since Denver's championship parade, and it's always so much fun to see players celebrate with fans after reaching the NBA's pinnacle. For a player like Jokic, winning a championship is especially sweet after so many people questioned the legitimacy of his individual dominance. 

A two-time MVP, Jokic had to battle through questions about his ability to thrive in a playoff setting, and he silenced all of that noise with one of the greatest runs in NBA history. Now celebrating as he should, Jokic is enjoying what he and his team were able to accomplish. 

Looking to keep this group intact entering next season, the Nuggets are going to be tough to dethrone.
