WATCH: Nuggets Star Parties With Fans After Winning NBA Championship

Aaron Gordon was on a good one.

Last night was an absolute party for the city of Denver, but especially for Aaron Gordon. After years of being labeled as a bust for the Denver Nuggets, Gordon had a tremendous playoff run that secured an NBA Championship. As such, he partied like a champion after the win, too.

Gordon started his celebration by roaming the streets with Nuggets fans. It's pretty rare to see a player just run the streets with fans after winning a championship, but Gordon did it.

It didn't stop there. Gordon partied with fans some more in his car as they jumped alongside him.

Aaron Gordon absolutely deserves his moment to bask with the fans. He guarded the best player on opposing teams for four straight playoff series in a row, and was a perfect complement to Jamal Murray and Nikola Jokic.

The Denver Nuggets won't have their championship parade until Thursday. If Aaron Gordon was excited now, one can only imagine that he's going to have a very legendary celebration with the fans in two days.  

Monday night was a moment that the city of Denver will remember forever. The first championship in Nuggets franchise history, and the first championship for nearly every single player on the roster. It was a brand new experience for all parties involved, one that always felt unimaginable until last night.
