NBA2K24 Ratings Revealed For Zion Williamson
New Orleans, LA - It's ranking season time for the popular NBA2K game series, and on Wednesday, the NBA2K24 rating list was unveiled. Pelicans star forward Zion Williamson received a 92 overall rank. The rating placed Williamson No. 16 on their Top 100 player list.
Despite playing 29 games over the past two seasons, Williamson's immense talent is still respected amongst NBA ranks. Last season Zion averaged 26 points and seven rebounds on 60% shooting from the field. He was named an All-Star last season for the second time in his career.
There were three other Pelicans players to make the Top 100 list. Brandon Ingram ranked 33rd, while CJ Mccollum came in at No. 58, followed by Jonas Valanciunas at 75. The rankings are preseason ranks, and players' overall rankings will update throughout the season. This can lead to players like Trey Murphy III cracking the ranks with strong performances during the year.
Nikola Jokic from the NBA Champion Denver Nuggets tops the list with a 98 overall rating. He's followed by Giannis Antetokounmpo, Kevin Durant, LeBron James, and Stephen Curry, all who have a 96 rating. The annual ratings are not just fodder for the fans, but some NBA players have gotten upset with their overall rating on the popular game.
This year's 2K24 marks a special release, as it's the 25th anniversary of the game's debut. Kobe Bryant will serve as a cover athlete, with preorders for both the Kobe Bryant (standard) and Black Mamba (special) versions of the game available to the public. The game hits stores on all major consoles on Sept. 8.
