Rockets vs. Thunder Summer League Preview: How To Watch, Lineups, More

The 2-0 Houston Rockets will continue their 2023 NBA Summer League tournament Tuesday evening against the 1-0 Oklahoma City Thunder inside the Thomas & Mack Center.
The Rockets will attempt to win their third consecutive game. But this time, Houston will be without the services of Tari Eason and Jabari Smith Jr. As first reported by The Athletic, The Rockets' pair of sophomore prospects are done playing in Las Vegas.
Smith averaged 35.5 points, seven rebounds and four assists over the previous two games. Eason averaged 23 points, 9.5 rebounds, four assists and three blocks.
The Rockets will also be without rookie point guard Amen Thompson. The Overtime Elite prospect sustained a Grade 2 ankle injury Friday against the Portland Trail Blazers and will remain out for the rest of Summer League play.
The Thunder won their first Las Vegas Summer League game Saturday in a 91-80 win over the Dallas Mavericks.
Chet Holmgren recorded 16 points and 10 rebounds, and his contributions has led to Oklahoma City holding a 3-1 record dating back to its three-game series during the Salt Lake City Summer League tournament.
