The San Antonio Spurs are excited to add Victor Wembanyama to their team in next month's NBA Draft, but they also have ample opportunity to improve during free agency.

Among the top free agents this summer includes Los Angeles Lakers guard Austin Reaves, who had his breakout season come to an end Monday after his team was swept in the Western Conference Finals by the Denver Nuggets.

Bleacher Report believes the Spurs could be a potential destination for Reaves as he enters restricted free agency.

"This offer could come from a number of young teams with cap space that need a do-it-all combo guard, a list that includes the Houston Rockets, Orlando Magic and San Antonio Spurs," Bleacher Report writes.

Reaves averaged 13 points per game while shooting nearly 40 percent from beyond the three-point line and would be an immediate positive should he join the Spurs.

The Lakers are only allowed to offer Reaves a $50 million contract, but he is expected to command more on the open market given his playoff success.

The Spurs rank among the teams with the most cap space this summer and could offer a contract that the Lakers would have trouble matching. If that ends up being the case, Reaves could be a nice complement for Wembanyama, Jeremy Sochan, Keldon Johnson and the rest of San Antonio's core.
