The San Antonio Spurs are gearing up for one of the most important nights of the franchise's recent history. Tonight, the Spurs hold the best odds, along with the Detroit Pistons and Houston Rockets, to land the top pick in the NBA Draft and the right to select French big man Victor Wembanyama.
