2. PAYNE PUTS ON SHOW "The AEBL (Atlanta Entertainment Basketball League) is a premiere pro-am league that was founded in 2010. The league plays every summer in a ten-week timeframe.

4. SPURS CUT STEVENS Lamar Stevens' San Antonio Spurs tenure is over before it begins.

According to The Athletic's Shams Charania, the Spurs are waiving Stevens in order to make room for Cam Payne, who was acquired in a trade Sunday with the Phoenix Suns.

Stevens averaged 5.3 points per game with the Cleveland Cavaliers last season and will now go through waivers.

5. EMBIID WANTS OUT? "I just want to win a championship,” Embiid said. “Whatever it takes. I don't know where that's going to be. Whether it's in Philly or anywhere else. I just want to have a chance."
