Former Phoenix Suns guard Aaron Holiday has found a new home.

Holiday has agreed to a one-year deal with the Atlanta Hawks, according to The Athletic's Shams Charania.

Holiday was one of six pending free agents for the Suns after Phoenix declined to tender him. A potential qualifying offer would have been worth $5.79 million according to Spotrac. His cap hit last season was $3.98 million.

Financial details of his deal have not been released.

Phoenix initially traded for Holiday in February of last season for cash considerations and a trade exception from the Washington Wizards. In the final 22 games he played in the regular season, he averaged 6.8 points and 3.4 assists per game.

Holiday failed to make an impact in the playoffs, falling behind the guard rotation of Chris Paul, Landry Shamet and Cameron Payne.

Now, he finds himself in Atlanta behind Trae Young.
