Anthony Davis's Injury Status for Lakers vs. Warriors Game 4 Revealed /

The same way they have for Games 1-3, the Los Angeles Lakers are listing Anthony Davis as probable for Game 4 vs. the Golden State Warriors. It is Davis's right foot that has him on the injury report; however, he is expected to play. This is the same approach the Lakers take with LeBron James, as the team's two stars are almost always listed as probable.

It has been an interesting series for Davis, as he was dominant in LA's two wins, and a non-factor offensively in their Game 2 loss. That has somewhat been the story of his postseason so far, as the star big man has turned in dominant performances that have regularly been followed with disappointing games. After a massive Game 3 win, Davis and the Lakers will look to avoid a letdown in Game 4.

With an opportunity to go up 3-1, the Lakers know what is at stake in Game 4. Allowing this series to head to Golden State tied 2-2 would be a major missed opportunity, and it would also give the Warriors home court advantage back. Looking to protect their home floor again, the Lakers will need another dominant showing from Anthony Davis. The star big man was a force on both ends in Game 3, and will look to carry that into Game 4.

The Lakers and Warriors will play Game 4 at 7:00 PM PST in Los Angeles.
