Golden State Warriors vs. Atlanta Hawks Injury Report Revealed
The Golden State Warriors are looking to snap their nine-game road losing streak on Friday evening when they face the Atlanta Hawks. Golden State has been abysmal away from Chase Center all season long, and they have been unable to shake their road woes during this latest stretch.
With Draymond Green out due to his 16th technical foul triggering an automatic suspension, the Warriors will be even more shorthanded for this game than they already were. In addition to Green's absence, Golden State will be without Andrew Wiggins, Gary Payton II, Andre Iguodala, and Ryan Rollins. Steph Curry is being listed as questionable with left thumb soreness, and Kevon Looney is being listed as probable with low back soreness.
For Atlanta, they will be without only Jalen Johnson, as their other absences are all G-League assignment players. If Curry is unable to go, this will leave Atlanta with a significant star power advantage over the Warriors.
There is no indication at this time if Curry will play in this game vs. the Hawks, as his status remains questionable. The superstar point guard dropped 50 points in a loss to the the LA Clippers on Wednesday, and there didn't seem to be any injury scare, but Curry was added the the injury report yesterday.
Still trying to hold off the play-in teams looking to take their spot, the Warriors must find a way to win on the road.
