If there are two teams that really don't like each other, it's the Memphis Grizzlies and Golden State Warriors. They've faced off in the playoffs and multiple players on the team don't like each other, including Klay Thompson and Dillon Brooks.

On Saturday night when the two teams faced off, there was no shortage of trash talk between the two players. There were moments when Thompson counted his four championship rings and moments where Dillon Brooks shouted "you suck" at him. Those moments continued into the postgame press conferences.

"I don't care about Dillon Brooks," Thompson told The Commercial Appeal. "When he retires, I don't think anyone will ever talk about Dillon Brooks ever again. I promise you. It's sweet right now, but wait 10 years."

The gauntlet has been absolutely thrown by Klay Thompson with that statement. Now, Dillon Brooks and the Memphis Grizzlies either have to win a ring or defeat the Golden State Warriors in the playoffs. Just winning in the regular season isn't enough, because what Thompson said will always stand otherwise.

From a fan's perspective, the most ideal scenario would be these two teams facing off in the first round of the playoffs. It gives the Golden State Warriors a chance to shut the Memphis Grizzlies up early in an ultimately disappointing fashion, or it gives the Memphis Grizzlies a chance to finally defeat their arch-nemesis from the bay area.
