Golden State Warriors superstar Steph Curry is always moving up statistical ranks, but usually it’s for his shooting and scoring ability. In Wednesday night’s game vs. the LA Clippers, Curry made some history with his playmaking, passing Kareem Abdul-Jabbar for 48th all-time in assists.

With so much attention on his shooting, Curry doesn’t always get the respect he deserves for his playmaking. Golden State’s system with Curry spending so much time off the ball doesn’t generate the same number of assists for the star point guard; however, his greatness as a passer is evident to anyone who watches him play.

Already the NBA’s all-time leader in three-pointers made, Curry is continuing to put that record further and further out of reach with each game he plays. While Curry made history with his passing in this game vs. the Clippers, his shooting and finishing ability was once again on full display. The Warriors fans inside of Crytpo.com Arena erupted every time he made a shot, and the Clippers fans could only shake their heads.

Curry's explosion was not enough to hold off a solid all around showing from the Clippers in this one, who picked up their fourth-straight win in emphatic fashion. In a game they really needed for seeding and tie-breaker purposes, the Clippers came up huge.

One of the greatest players in NBA history, Steph Curry turned in another special performance against the Clippers on Wednesday night.
