The Golden State Warriors were well on their way to a fourth-straight loss before Steph Curry exploded for 11-straight points and a game saving block in the final two minutes of regulation. Forcing overtime with his play on both ends, Curry then took over the extra period, putting the Milwaukee Bucks away.

During his on-court interview after the game, Curry said, "It was a playoff-type energy and atmosphere. I know they were missing Giannis, but we've been searching for a long time to try to figure out how to get over the hump and execute down the stretch of a game like this... I think it's been a long time since we won an overtime game. So all of those things, just dig deep and figure out a way to get it done."

When asked what the difference was for Golden State in that overtime period, Curry said, "Just playing smart basketball. I think we maybe had only one or two turnovers... That lineup that we had out there down the stretch is probably our best defensive lineup, and it showed. So that's a great way to get a win."

While Curry admitted that Golden State still needs to figure out how to bring this level of execution on the road, he said the Warriors will indeed figure it out, which is a major key to their potential playoff success.
