During a recent episode of Gil's Arena, Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry was asked which young stars will be the next to make a massive impact on the game of basketball. Curry acknowledged that there are still two different groups of young stars, with established players like Jayson Tatum and Luka Doncic still being young, but then others like Anthony Edwards coming along who are even younger.

On Doncic specifically, Curry said, "Luka is the guy, obviously, that's right on the precipice of accomplishing all those accolades, and just what he's about as a player... When you play against him, you can feel it."

Curry also made a special mention for Trae Young, who he has been working out with this summer. There are several young stars in the NBA that look ready to take over the league, but players like Curry, LeBron James, Kevin Durant, and others are still very much on top as well.

One of the more interesting players in this discussion is Nikola Jokic, because while he currently sits atop the NBA, he somewhat falls in between two eras. Debuting in 2015, Jokic is still just 28 years old. Older than Tatum, Doncic, and others in that category, Jokic is of course younger than Curry, James, Durant, and those stars.

With so much talent in the NBA, the league is in good hands.
