The Golden State Warriors were eliminated by the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday night, losing Game 6 in LA. On Saturday evening, Warriors veteran Andre Iguodala shared a cryptic message on Twitter that fans are trying to understand:

Iguodala is widely expected to retire, having contemplated retirement after last season before being convinced to return by Golden State's other veterans. A key piece to this Warriors dynasty, including a Finals MVP in 2015, Iguodala is highly regarded by Golden State and their fanbase.

If Iguodala does decide to retire, it was an unfortunate final season or him, as injuries limited even the minor role he was expected to play on the court. While Iguodala was primarily expected to be a veteran presence on the bench for Golden State, injuries limited him to just 8 regular season games and 0 postseason games.

In 8 seasons with the Warriors, Iguodala has appeared in 452 regular season games and 111 postseason games. Iguodala's 111 postseason games with Golden State ranks 4th in franchise history, trailing only Steph Curry, Draymond Green, and Klay Thompson.

As for his cryptic message on Twitter, this is nothing new for Iguodala, who regular uses his Twitter account for vague messages that keep fans guessing. This latest edition is as vague as it gets, and fans are debating what the veteran forward could mean by it.
