Report: Washington Wizards 'Reticent' to Trade Kyle Kuzma
Washington Wizards forward Kyle Kuzma has become ingrained in the Washington D.C. community in recent years.
And in the summer, he solidified his feelings by spurning other teams to re-sign with the Wizards on a four-year deal.

But with all rebuilds comes the threat to get rid of even the most entrenched player like the trade of former Washington guard Bradley Beal proved this past off-season.
Kuzma has proven to be valuable on and off the court though and is making the Wizards front office reconsider their position on him.
"Washington has been very reticent with Kyle Kuzma," ESPN Senior NBA Insider Adrian Wojnarowski reported on his podcast. "If you want to register an offer for Kuzma fine... But they're (Wizards) not at the point where it seems like they're active in trying to move him."
Even with this report from Wojnarowski you have to believe if a team really wants anyone on this Washington roster, they're attainable.
Previous reports have said the Wizards are looking for multiple first round draft picks and that could be what is driving Kuzma suitors away.
However, you could still see a team that is in contention get desperate and overpay for Kuzma.
It wouldn't be shocking to see Kuzma be dealt still, as sometimes this kind of information is leaked on purpose to increase trade value.
Kyle Kuzma’s Message To DC
There will be a lot of smoke and mirrors over the next week and a half until the February 8th trade deadline as teams try to position themselves best for playoff runs.
Washington fans should be in peace though, knowing new Wizards General Manager Will Dawkins has been here and done that with the Oklahoma City Thunder and knows how to play this game.
