Sacramento went on a 9-0 run towards the end of the second quarter which gave them some cushion.
Bad quarters have been a issue for Washington all year and it reared its nasty head again tonight in the second quarter as the Wizards were outscored 39-25.
Washington's leading scorer is guard Jordan Poole with 16 points including going 4-5 from deep.
Kings guard De'Aaron Fox was a game time decision but ended up being healthy enough to play and has been good, going 7-13 from the floor and has 16 points.
The leading scorer for Sacramento is center Domantas Sabonis with 20 points and he also has 9 rebounds.
Which Kings Player Do The Wizards Need To Focus On Tonight?
For the Wizards to climb back into this game they're going to have to get the energy from the first quarter back, which may be tough to do in the second night of a back-to-back.
Closing out shooters and gathering defensive rebounds has been an issue all year and once again if they don't turn it around tonight, Washington will lose again.
