Earlier Sunday, it was reported that Arizona QB Carson Palmer is optimistic he'll return for a Week 6 matchup against the Redskins, or in Week 7 against the Raiders at the latest. Palmer has not played since Sept. 8 because of a nerve issue in his shoulder.

The Cardinals fell to the Broncos 41-20 and fall to 3-1.
