Peyton Manning trips up Calais Campbell to prevent Cardinals TD
Peyton Manning threw a pick with Denver up in the second quarter vs. the Cardinals on Sunday and followed it up by tripping Calais Campbell to prevent an Arizona touchdown.
In the second quarter of the Cardinals-Broncos Week 5 matchup, Arizona's Calais Campbell intercepted Denver's Peyton Manning and looked to be on his way to a pick-six before Manning tripped up the defensive end less than 10 yards from the end zone.
Manning's eighth career tackle took place on 2nd and 20 with 4:43 left in the second quarter and Denver up 14-6.
Earlier in the game, Manning connected with Julius Thomas for his 500th career touchdown, joining Brett Favre (508) as the only quarterbacks to throw for 500 or more touchdowns in a career.
