Watch: Browns QB Johnny Manziel leaves game with hamstring injury
Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel left Sunday's game vs. the Carolina Panthers with a hamstring injury. The team announced he was questionable to return.
Manziel exited after taking a hard hit from Panthers linebacker Luke Kuechly and safety Colin Jones while scrambling in the second quarter. After limping to the sideline, he was taken to the locker room with a towel over his head.
Manziel went 3-of-8 for 32 yards before leaving the game. His replacement was Brian Hoyer, whom Manziel unseated as the starter for last week's game against the Cincinnati Bengals. The Browns lost 38-0, and Manziel went just 10-of-18 for 80 yards and two interceptions.

Manziel had appeared in four games entering this weekend, going 15-of-27 for 143 yards and two interceptions. He had also rushed seven times for 26 yards and a touchdown before Sunday's game.
