A surveillance video of the June 18 incident involving Dolphins receiver Tyreek Hill and an unidentified male employee of the Miami area marina Kelley Fleet Inc. has been released.

Hill was under investigation after the incident, but the two parties have since “resolved their differences” and moved on from their disagreement, which is shown on video. The employee also declined to press any charges, and according to Fox Sports 640’s Andy Slater, the state attorney’s office has closed the case.

The video, obtained by Slater, appears to show Hill smack the employee in the back of the head while a third person tries to hold Hill back. Hill and the third person reappear near the bottom of the picture, where Hill appears to try and shove through a larger group of people before exiting the frame.

In June, after the incident was first made public, Slater reported that Hill slapped the man in the back of the head after an altercation that began “when Hill’s crew tried boarding the boat without permission.” The reason for the altercation has not been confirmed.

Hill has not publicly commented about the video since it was released Wednesday.
