Tony Romo Ruthlessly Ripped the Chiefs' Wide Receivers at End of Loss to Bills

He wasn’t wrong.

Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs lost in stunning fashion to Josh Allen and the Bills, 20–17, on Sunday, thanks largely to one mind-boggling mistake by one of their wide receivers that negated what could have been a winning TD in the final minutes.

Mahomes’s receivers did not have a good day against the Bills and have been an issue all season long. Kadarius Toney had the most egregious mistake when he lined up offsides on the negated TD, which came on one of the coolest trick plays of the season.

Tony Romo, who called the game for CBS, did not hold back on the Chiefs’ receivers, saying this after that big penalty:

The Chiefs have now lost two straight games but are still a game up on the Broncos in the AFC West. They’ll look to rebound next Sunday when they travel to New England to face the Patriots
