Ravens Lose To Jaguars, Boost Bengals AFC North Chances

Cincinnati has a fighter's chance two repeat as division champions for the first time since 1982.

CINCINNATI — The Baltimore Ravens fell to the Jacksonville Jaguars 28-27 on Sunday, opening up another door in the AFC playoff race.

Jaguars' QB Trevor Lawrence led a magical game-winning TD drive and stamped it with a go-ahead two-point try for a win.

The Bengals' path to a division title and No. 2 seed has more light.

Cincinnati and Baltimore are now tied atop the AFC North with the Ravens still in first due to the head-to-head tiebreaker. The Bengals need the Ravens to lose a few more games in the division, including the season finale to gain a tiebreaker over them, but things are now in the Bengals' hands.

If Joe Burrow's squad wins out, They'll win the AFC North regardless of Baltimore's other games and have the edge on a two-seed in the AFC.

We don't know the result of Kansas City/Los Angeles contest as of this writing. The Chiefs likely need to lose again outside their game this coming Sunday in The Jungle.

The Bengals now have a 75% chance to make the playoffs and a 27% chance to win the AFC North.
