AFC Playoff Picture: Bengals' Chances Rise Ahead of Crucial Matchup With Steelers

Cincinnati is 8-6 following their Week 15 win over Minnesota.

CINCINNATI — The Bengals rallied from a 14-point fourth quarter deficit to beat the Vikings 27-24 on Saturday. They've won 3-straight games and are currently the No. 6 seed with three games left in the regular season. 

They would play the Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium in the Wild Card round of the playoffs if the season ended today.

They have a 35% chance of making the playoffs according to the New York Times. They entered Week 15 with a 25% chance of making the postseason.

Next week's matchup against the Steelers is a huge swing game for their playoff chances. The Bengals have won 3-straight since losing to Pittsburgh 16-10 in Jake Browning's first start.

If Cincinnati beats Pittsburgh, their chances of making the postseason increase to 54%. If they lose, their chances fall to 13%. 

The Steelers aren't eliminated, but their playoff hopes are roughly 3%. That means they'll try to play spoiler this week in Pittsburgh.
