Bengals Make Flurry of Roster Moves With Training Camp Looming

Practice begins on Wednesday, July 28.

CINCINNATI — The Bengals made multiple roster moves with training camp set to begin this week.

They placed offensive tackle Hakeem Adeniji, punter Drue Chrisman, defensive end Wyatt Hubert and defensive end Cam Sample on the active/non-football injury list.

They also put wide receiver Riley Lees and defensive tackle Renell Wren on the active/physically unable to perform list.

Running back Pooka Williams was also put on the active/non-football illness list.

Everyone knew about Adeniji's injury, but Chrisman, Hubert, Lees and Williams are battling for roster spots. It would also be good to have Sample get as many reps as possible early in camp.

Wren is still making his way back from a quad injury that he suffered last year.

Bengals head coach Zac Taylor is set to speak on Monday and will likely provide further details on these moves.
