Bengals Re-Signing Linebacker Joe Bachie, Cornerback Jalen Davis Ahead of Free Agency

Both players were valuable depth pieces over the past few seasons.

CINCINNATI — The Bengals are re-signing linebacker Joe Bachie and cornerback Jalen Davis ahead of the start of free agency according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. 

Bachie, 25, has 40 tackles over the past two seasons. He's signing a one-year contract and is a key member of Darrin Simmons' special teams unit. 

Davis is signing a two-year contract. He appeared in 13 games last season and is Mike Hilton's backup at the nickel cornerback spot.
