Tommy Pham Slaps Joc Pederson Over Fantasy Football Argument

Everyone's had debates in their fantasy football league, but this went a step farther.

CINCINNATI — It may not be Bengals related, but Joc Pederson's explanation of Tommy Pham slapping him over a fantasy football league is one of the most intriguing moments of the baseball season.

Most people that read this website are in fantasy football leagues. You've probably gotten into a debate about a rule, roster move, etc.

I've played fantasy football for years and had my fair share of debates over that time, but I've never slapped someone. It's wild to type or say out loud, but that's exactly what happened.

"There was no real argument. He kinda came up and said 'you remember from last year?' I said 'fantasy football?' He was like 'yeah.'"

Pham proceeded to slap Pederson in the face. The Reds removed Pham from the lineup following the altercation. He'll serve a three game suspension and will miss the rest of the Giants series.

This is one of the most wild, hilarious and relatable stories in sports. That doesn't mean it's acceptable. Of course Pham should've been benched.

Who slaps someone over fantasy football? Pham does, apparently.

Watch the slap and Pederson's account of the whole incident below.
