NFL Betting Odds: Bills TE Dalton Kincaid for Offensive Rookie of the Year?

Betting odds for Offensive Rookie of the Year were released, and Buffalo Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid might be a longshot to bring home the hardware.

It didn't take long following the conclusion of the 2023 NFL Draft for betting odds to be released regarding Offensive and Defensive Rookie of the Year for next season. The Buffalo Bills find one of their rookies landing on the Offensive Rookie of the Year odds list, but tight end Dalton Kincaid might have an uphill battle toward winning it.

Kincaid, who the Bills traded up for to the No. 25 overall pick in the first round, currently sees his odds on Caesars Sportsbook at +2500 to bring home the award.

Leading the way for all offensive rookies is running back Bijan Robinson of the Atlanta Falcons at +350, followed closely by Carolina Panthers quarterback Bryce Young and Houston Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud at +400 and +650, respectively.

Kincaid recorded 1,400 receiving yards and 16 touchdowns on 106 receptions in his final two seasons at Utah, but he always going to be a long shot to win the award for the Bills considering his projected role and the others talented offensive rookies in the draft class.

He is entering an offense that already features a strong receiving trio in receivers Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis with tight end Dawson Knox. Last season, the three of them combined for 2,782 receiving yards and 24 touchdowns on 204 receptions.

Not only that but the award is more often than not brought home by a running back or quarterback, as seen by the current odds, with those positions having a larger ability to impact their team's season.

However, even if Kincaid ultimately doesn't take home Offensive Rookie of the Year he finds himself in a rather good situation as a rookie tight end with the potential to eventually be featured in one of the NFL's best offenses.
