Buffalo Bills 'Jumping at' Opportunity vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are visiting the Buffalo Bills, who couldn't be more excited to play.

The Buffalo Bills are keeping an eye on the postseason, but can't get too ahead of themselves with a 4-3 record.

The Bills still have one of the highest ceilings in the AFC, and they can very much win their division and make the playoffs, but they also can't lose focus on the task at hand Thursday night against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at home.

The Bills recognize that Thursday Night Football is a big game for the team and they can grab a much-needed win in front of their home fans.

"We're very aware that we haven't played up to our standard and our potential the last couple of weeks and we're looking to fix that," quarterback Josh Allen said via the team's website. "So any opportunity that we get to play this game, you know, we're going to jump at it."

The Bills are hoping to get the bad taste out of their mouths from Sunday's defeat at the hands of their division rival New England Patriots. The Bills entered the game as massive favorites, but ultimately fell 29-25 to the Pats.

In order for the Bills to avoid falling into a losing streak, they must start off strong and efficient, and that begins with Allen under center. Allen has thrown seven interceptions in as many games this season and are 2-3 when he throws a pick so far this season.

The Bills and Bucs are set to kick off at 8:15 p.m. on Thursday inside Highmark Stadium.
