Bills Trade Out of 6th Round with Rams, Gain 2024 Pick
The Buffalo Bills, like many of the other teams in this record-breaking 2023 NFL Draft when it comes to trades, have made another deal, this time with the Los Angeles Rams.
The Bills announced Saturday that they've traded pick No. 215 - which originally belonged to the Washington Commanders before they made a deal with Buffalo - to the Rams in exchange for pick No. 252 and a 2024 sixth-round pick. The Rams used their new selection to snag Ole Miss Rebels running back Zach Evans.
Bills receive:
- No. 252
- 2024 sixth-round pick
Rams receive:
- No. 215 (Ole Miss running back Zach Evans)
It's been tough to keep up with the trades the Bills have made on Day 3 of the draft, especially since they haven't used some of the picks they received. But Buffalo now has two seventh-round selections at No. 230 and No. 252.
The Bills acquired No. 230 after an earlier trade with the Houston Texans, who have been one of the most trade-happy teams in this draft. That deal saw Buffalo receive pick No. 230 and a 2024 sixth-round pick in exchange for the No. 205 selection.
In total, the Bills have made four trades so far in this draft, which started with trading up two spots to No. 25 to select Utah tight end Dalton Kincaid with their first-round pick. Buffalo will now look to add on some depth with their final few selections.
