There would normally be some concern if Milano, Floyd and Hyde all missed practice, but the defensive trio is receiving a well-deserved rest day after Buffalo's defense put on a clinic in Sunday's 48-20 win over the Miami Dolphins.

However, there's now some eyebrows raised over the absence Wednesday of Rousseau as he deals with a foot injury. It's possible that he's receiving a bit of an unofficial rest day, but his status is now something to monitor on Thursday and Friday's injury report.

Additionally, the status of Poyer and Benford will be something to monitor. Poyer missed Week 4 against Miami due to a knee injury.

The Bills defense as a whole will need to get healthy for Sunday against the Jaguars at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Kickoff is set for 9:30 a.m. ET.
