Bills Signing Eagles LB Nicholas Morrow to One-Year Deal

The Buffalo Bills added some reinforcement on defense by signing former Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Nicholas Morrow.

After spending Monday re-signing their own players, the Buffalo Bills finally added a new face on Tuesday.

According to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo, the Bills are signing free agent linebacker Nicholas Morrow to a one-year deal, with the cap hit undisclosed at this time.

Morrow, 28, spent the 2023 season with the Philadelphia Eagles. Even though he began the year on the practice squad, it wasn't long before he was promoted to the active roster and made a big impact. The St. Louis-native started 12 of the 15 games he appeared in while recording 95 total tackles, 12 tackles for loss and three sacks.

Before joining the Eagles, Morrow spent the 2022 season with the Chicago Bears, where he recorded a career-high 116 total tackles.

Morrow first entered the league as an undrafted free agent with the then-Oakland Raiders in 2017. He spent five seasons with the team, although he missed the entirety of the 2021 season due to injury.

The Bills already have a pretty strong linebacker corps with Matt Milano, Terrel Bernard and Tyrel Dodson leading the way, so adding Morrow, should only benefit the defense.
