Three Charged With Trespassing For Entering Construction Site of New Buffalo Bills Stadium
Three men were arrested and charged for allegedly entering the construction site of the Buffalo Bills' new stadium after Sunday's win over the New York Jets, Erie County Sheriff John Garcia told WIVB.
The three men in question are 22-year old Kyle Bauer of West Seneca as well 25-year-old Owen Bainbridge and 31-year-old Tanner Brunet, both Canadian residents.
According to Police, the trio jumped over a fence to get inside construction site and tried to take a picture. All three were charged with criminal trespassing before being released with appearance tickets.
This isn't the first time a fan has been charged for entering the construction site. Following the Bills' home opener in September, a 29-year-old man was charged with trespassing after allegedly entering the site and falling into a pit. There's also the fact that he was allegedly naked and under the influence of LSD, cocaine and marijuana, adding a humorous, bizarre twist to the situation.

According to WIVB, the sheriff's office handles security outside the construction site while a private company handles it inside. However, the sheriff's office's attention after games is normally on traffic flow.
Police also issued a warning that anyone else who trespasses will be arrested and charged.
Shortly before the alleged trespassing, the Bills and their fans were having themselves quite the time across the street. After two straight losses, Buffalo rebounded with a dominant 32-6 victory over New York, holding the Jets to just 155 total yards and forcing four turnovers.
The Bills only have two home games left this season, hosting the Dallas Cowboys on Dec. 17 and the New England Patriots on New Year's Eve, so it remains to be seen if any more fans will dare enter the new site.
