Bills LB Von Miller Names His Best Trash Talkers: 'They Back it Up!'
Trash-talking is an often overlooked skill among the world's best athletes, as it grants them a psychological advantage by getting into their opponents' heads. Beyond their physical prowess, some of the greatest athletes have mastered the art of trash-talking.
Buffalo Bills linebacker Von Miller recently shared his opinion on the top five NFL players who excel at doing exactly that.
Miller started his list with his former teammate, Miami Dolphins cornerback and former Los Angeles Ram, Jalen Ramsey. Following Ramsey, Miller mentioned Bills receiver Stefon Diggs, Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald, and Bills quarterback Josh Allen, who claimed the fourth spot. Denver Broncos offensive lineman Garrett Boles rounded out the top five.
"They talk and they back it up," Miller said of Ramsey and Diggs.
Take a look:
The Bills are scheduled to face two players who made it onto Miller's list in the upcoming season. Firstly, they will take on Ramsey and the Dolphins during a Week 4 contest in Buffalo. Then, they will travel to South Beach for a Week 18 game, potentially for the AFC East title, further intensifying the trash-talking between the teams. Additionally, the Bills will face off against Boles when the Broncos visit Orchard Park for a Week 10 Monday Night Football matchup.
Miller's chances of facing his former teammate, Donald, would depend on Los Angeles and Buffalo meeting in Super Bowl LVII. However, considering the current state of the Rams, it seems unlikely that Miller will have an opportunity to face his former teammate this season.
