NFL Legend Tom Brady Reveals Thoughts on 2023 Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Former Buccaneers’ quarterback Tom Brady spoke on this year’s team on his “Let’s Go!” Podcast on Sirius XM.

Tom Brady spent his final season in the NFL with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and was able to lead the team to their second consecutive division title in 2022 before suffering a loss in the Wild Card round to the Dallas Cowboys. Following the season, Brady announced he was retiring and thus the Buccaneers had to figure out their plans for a new starting quarterback come the 2023 season.

The Buccaneers then went out and signed Baker Mayfield to a one-year “prove it” deal and they have reaped the rewards ever since.

The season started off great, but then things started to slip in the middle of the season as the Bucs started to lose games left and right. The fanbase was unhappy and the locker room lacked any sort of spirit. Then all of a sudden the Bucs ripped off four wins in a row and are now just one win away from clinching the NFC South for a third consecutive season.

With Tampa Bay so close to making the playoffs once again, they will need a victory over the Carolina Panthers on Sunday and former Buccaneers’ quarterback Tom Brady announced his plans to tune into the matchup via his “Let’s Go!” podcast.

“The Bucs, who I watch a lot, they put together a hell of a season and they’ve got a chance to win the division playing against Carolina. That’s certainly one I’ll be watching.”
