NFL Trade Rumors: Buccaneers Linked to Indianapolis Colts' Jonathan Taylor
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will see major changes to their offensive game this season. Tom Brady has retired and one of Baker Mayfield and Kyle Trask will be under center this season.
If the Buccaneers' passing game isn't taking care of business when it comes to gaining yardage or putting up points, the offense will have to lean on the rushing game.
Right now, it seems as if Rachaad White will be the running back the Buccaneers defer to, but having a star running back would make life incredibly easy for the team which struggled in that aspect of the game last season.

Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor may be made available through trade. NFL.com's Eric Edholm cited the Buccaneers as a team that makes sense to land Pro Bowl running back.
"It’s not as if the Bucs appear to have a sleeping giant in their run game without some upgrades," Edholm writes. "For an offense expected to be led by either Baker Mayfield or Kyle Trask, beefing up the run game with a workhorse star such as Taylor makes a ton of sense on the surface."
Both White and Taylor are 24 years old, and the team has belief in White's future. However, trading for Taylor gives the team an immediate star player. White has shown plenty of promise, and if the Buccaneers are committed to retaining their current talent and building around them, rolling with White moving forward makes the most sense.
Taylor isn't the only star running back that's been thrown into the mix for the Buccaneers to trade for. Earlier in the offseason, they were listed as a team that would potentially be in the running to acquire Saquon Barkley.
If the Buccaneers want to try and compete in a division in which they've been able to make the playoffs in the past few years, obtaining a star running back to play through would be a great first step.
