Arizona Cardinals QB Kyler Murray isn't new to criticism or outside noise.

After piecing together a career that is already looked at as one of the best runs ever in the realm of high school football in the state of Texas, Murray achieved even higher dreams by winning the Heisman trophy during his time at Oklahoma.

That was only outdone by becoming the No. 1 pick by Arizona in 2019. Last offseason, he inked a five-year, $230.5 million extension.

You don't go through each of those hurdles without outside opinions being made, and Murray hasn't exactly made himself a fan favorite for various reasons both on and off the field.

Murray's ACL tear late in the 2022 season opened the door for more outside noise, especially when the Cardinals cleaned house and hit the reset button on both the coaching staff and front office. People now are not only speculating on Murray's status for 2023, but also beyond as well.

We got a small taste of Murray's mindset when the Cardinals released their latest episode of "Flight Plan" on their YouTube channel, which featured an entire episode that showed a behind the scenes look at the quarterback's rehab.

Yet Murray spoke to reporters after Saturday's training camp practice - and when asked what he has learned about himself through this process - Murray gave this answer:

"Nothing new, I mean if anything I just gained more resiliency and kind of a bulletproof mindset. I was already already confident, I really didn't give a f--- about what other people thought about me or said about me, but this is different," he said.

"This is kind of you-on-you and no one really knows what you're going through but yourself and whoever you're working out with. Buddy sees what I go through every day. He kind of puts puts me through the pain but nobody really sees it. I think everything happens for a reason, I believe that."
