There's been plenty of talk about the new culture around the Arizona Cardinals, and rightfully so.

The 2023 Cardinals don't project to be one of the best in the league, though there's something being built for the future that should have fans excited for what's ahead.

"With the things that coach [Jonathan] Gannon and Monti [Ossenfort] have put in place: Structure. From top to bottom it's a lot more detail-oriented, attention to detail," said quarterback Kyler Murray.

"I think the communication throughout this whole thing has been great. It's been awesome. Everybody knows what we're all supposed to be doing and everybody's on the same page."

D.J. Humphries also said the Cardinals are going through a complete culture shock, marking multiple tenured veterans who have noticed changes here in the desert.

However, the shift also was evident for guys such as second-year edge rusher Cameron Thomas, who says the changes were "instantly" noticed.
