Along with a rib injury, 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan confirmed Samuel also has a knee issue he’s working through. Field Yates labeled his injury as "one to watch" as Sunday approaches after missing a second consecutive practice.

According to ESPN's Nick Wagoner, Jennings was spotted doing work on the side while Aiyuk was out of the blue non-contact practice jersey.

San Francisco hopes the extra few days of rest after playing on Thursday Night Football pay dividends in the health department.

After Zaven Collins left with an eye injury in the Week 3 win against Dallas, Cardinals head coach Jonathan Gannon said he would be good to go.

"Zaven, I think is good to go. He's got to wear a dark visor, so he doesn't get nicked (since) he got poked in the eye, and we've got to evaluate Kris throughout the week here."

Despite Ledbetter missing another practice, the Cardinals approach Week 4 fairly healthy outside of previous placements on injured reserve such as L.J. Collier and Budda Baker.

Teams will practice on Friday before game statuses are due (questionable, doubtful, etc.) in the afternoon/evening.

Official inactives are due 90 minutes ahead of game time.

The Cardinals (+14 point underdogs) are on the road Sunday in San Francisco with kickoff scheduled for 1:25 PM. The 49ers swept Arizona last season and are one of three teams to still be undefeated in Week 4.
