Report: Cardinals Getting New Uniforms
Arizona Cardinals fans have had plenty to complain about within the last year for reasons that extend both on and off the field. The team's 4-13 performance was somehow outweighed by drama within the organization, which has now carried over into the offseason despite a new front office and coaching staff.
One constant fans in the desert have been asking for is a fresh look in terms of uniforms. The colors of red and white are awfully hard to mess up (it can still be done, just look at the Atlanta Falcons' latest re-brand) but Cardinals fans have quickly grown tired of uniforms that have largely been referenced to as boring and stale.
There's been some noise this offseason about the potential of new threads, and Kyle Odegard recently reported the team is set to unveil new uniforms leading up to the 2023 NFL Draft.
"The Cardinals will sport new uniforms this season, multiple sources confirmed to Compare.bet. Arizona fans have been yearning for an updated look for the past several years and will finally be getting their wish," said Odegard.
"The Cardinals have been wearing the same primary design since 2005, and will trot out an updated look this fall. The official unveiling is expected to be in the lead-up to the draft, which begins on April 27."
Various other people around the Valley such as Mike Jurecki and Johnny Venerable have also previously reported the Cardinals will be getting new uniforms this offseason.
The new black helmets worn last year were a smash hit, and so were the all-black uniforms worn previously. It will be interesting to see where the Cardinals ultimately end up, but there's potential to sport some of the best uniforms in the league.
