Report: Cardinals Will Unveil New Uniforms Next Week
There's a plethora of issues at hand for the Arizona Cardinals, but a little saving grace is on the way with new uniforms for the team.
The team re-did their look back in 2005 and have used the same look for nearly two decades. Though an all-black color rush uniform and black helmet eventually made their way into the rotation, many fans have been asking for updated uniforms.
With a new regime in the desert, it only made sense.
The Cardinals hinted at unveiling them two days ago when they tweeted out the following video:
The Cardinals now are expected to unveil them next week on Thursday, April 20 according to Compare.bet's Kyle Odegard.
"The Arizona Cardinals are expected to unveil their new uniforms at The Van Buren music venue in Phoenix on April 20, multiple sources told Compare.bet.
"Players and coaches are expected to be in attendance for the festivities. The date would mark 18 years to the day of the last uniform reveal, which came in 2005 at the James Hotel in Scottsdale."
Odegard also added there was also a recent photo shoot with players in the new uniforms, and select season ticket members are expected to be invited to the event.
