Chargers New: Jim Harbaugh Describes Meeting Justin Herbert For The First Time
Jim Harbaugh is the new head coach for the Los Angeles Chargers. Bolt fans are ecstatic, and this will be a new and hopefully successful chapter for the Chargers moving forward.
Harbaugh is the man going forward, and while fans are excited about it, so is Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert. Herbert has already expressed his excitement about Harbaugh to FS1 analyst Colin Cowherd. On top of that, Harbaugh shared he has already met with his quarterback.
The 60-year-old coach shared his encounter with Herbert before the AFC championship game between the Baltimore Ravens and the Kansas City Chiefs. Harbaugh said he was "a little star-struck" by Herbert.
Harbaugh also shared that he's met with Derwin James and Keenan Allen. The new L.A. coach was hired on Wednesday, and he's wasted no time getting accustomed to his new players, especially Herbert.
Harbaugh and Herbert are all every Charger fan wanted, and now, it's here. There is a ton of work between the two, but both seem eager to get to work to take the Bolts to somewhere they've never been.
The 25-year-old quarterback is one of the most talented quarterbacks in the league and is an even better human being. You can't blame Harbaugh for feeling that way toward Herbert.
The excitement is palpable as the Chargers embark on a new journey.
