The NFL is back, and things all kicked off this past week with training camp. Training camp signifies the start of the new year, and Charger fans couldn't be more excited to see their team go at it.

There will be a ton of eyes on the Bolts this season; they have a lot to prove on both sides of the ball, and we'll be keeping a close eye on how they perform.

Sometimes, teams don't look so great after their first couple of practices as a group, but that doesn't seem to be the case for your Chargers. After their first handful of practices, head coach Brandon Staley has loved what he's seen from his offense and defense.

"I think that there has been really good competition on both sides of the ball," Staley said. "I think you're seeing really good effort and energy. I think that the execution has been really good. What it has forced both sides of the ball to do is make plays. Both sides have been able to consistently make plays in all three days," Staley added. "I've been pleased, for sure."

Iron sharpens iron. This is a great thing to hear out of camp, and it shows that both sides want to prove they are the real deal.

LA has all the tools and weapons on both sides, and it will help better each other, from the position groups to the individual players.

When you have guys like Justin Herbert, Austin Ekeler, Mike Williams, and Keenan Allen, to name a few, on one side of the ball and Derwin James Jr., Khalil Mack, and Joey Bosa on the other side, it could only get you better.

The team will be an exciting one to watch, and this should get fans pumped about what to look forward to.
