New Los Angeles Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh has been reticent to commit to keeping any assistant coaches from LA's 2023 incarnation, per Fernando Ramirez of The Sporting Tribune.

Will anyone return?

The biggest formerly-incumbent name who had remained on the roster from the Brandon Staley/Giff Smith era this offseason initially had been offensive coordinator Kellen Moore. As LA closed in on hiring Harbaugh, however, it appeared Moore's days were numbered. Despite hardly moving the needle this season in Los Angeles, Moore has since moved on to serve as the offensive coordinator of a much better team, the Philadelphia Eagles

Former three-year Bolts tight ends coach Kevin Koger has also taken a new gig, and will work under Raheem Morris with the Atlanta Falcons. Giff Smith also has a new job, though he's staying in town: the former Chargers interim head coach will become the new defensive line coach and run-game coordinator for the Los Angeles Rams.

Harbaugh has been moving to reshape his coaching staff in his own image, bringing in several coaches and front office personnel both from his last coaching stop, the CFP-winning Michigan Wolverines, and from his brother John's current club, the Baltimore Ravens, one of the NFL's most successful recent programs.
