It appears that the arrival of Jim Harbaugh to your Los Angeles Chargers may also yield an influx of Michigan staffers. As a result, much of the Bolts' existing staff has been shown the door, including offensive coordinator Kellen Moore.

Moore, who had gone through the interview process with multiple teams, including the Cleveland Browns, has become the new offensive coordinator of the reigning NFC champion Philadelphia Eagles.

Moore was one of the most coveted candidates on the market, as he oversaw a very good Dallas Cowboys offense prior to calling the Chargers' offense which, when healthy, looked great (it was rarely healthy).

That was short-lived, however, but his solid playcalling was evident in Dallas having the league's top offense in 2021, while in 2023, the Bolts had some great offensive performances prior to injuries to the offensive line, Mike Williams, Austin Ekeler, and of course, star quarterback Justin Herbert.

On Nick Sirianni's staff, Moore takes the place of Brian Johnson, who was one of the worst coordinators in recent league history in his one season in Philly. Despite numerous weapons, an All-Pro quarterback in Jalen Hurts, and a top-tier offensive line, the Eagles completely imploded down the stretch, capped off by a 9-point performance in a 23-point loss in the Wild Card to the sub-.500 Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Expect major improvement for the Eagles' offense next season, as one of the more innovative playcallers in the league will now work with his 3rd high-end offense in as many years.
