Since being drafted out of Ohio State, defensive end Joey Bosa has put fear into the lives of offensive lineman all around the NFL. Heading into 2023, he is once again being looked at as a top player at his position. Pro Football Focus listed Bosa among the top six in the league and he lands with some elite company.

The ability for Bosa to get to the opposing teams quarterback is incredible. His speed and power makes him one of the few in the league with the ability to do so with ease. The Chargers defense gets schemed against with the opposing offensive coordinators pin-pointing where Bosa may be. He's just that good of a player.

The four time Pro-Bowler had seen three consecutive seasons with a 90 plus pass rush grade from 2019-2021 and he recorded a 21.5 percent pass rush win percentage. He did battle some injuries in 2022 and was limited to just five games during the year.

In those five games, he posted 2.5 sacks and 10 tackles. Just a season prior, he recorded 10.5 sacks and 51 tackles, along with seven forced fumbles. The key for Bosa will be to stay healthy and if he does, then he can reach all new heights.

Bosa will be looking to have a bounce back season in 2023 and remind everyone just how good he is. Both he and the Chargers have some lofty goals for this upcoming season and Bosa will be one of the major components to their championship quest.
